The President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov visited Uzbekistan, the Uzbek presidency press service said in a statement.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev hosted Sadyr Japarov in an informal meeting at the Amirsoy resort complex in Tashkent province Saturday.
The two leaders reportedly exchanged views on the bilateral agenda, as well as international politics and regional cooperation.
“The President of Kyrgyzstan highly valued the facilities and modern infrastructure of the tourist ski complex, which meets high international standards,” the statement added.
The parties reached an agreement on promoting joint projects aimed at creating resort and recreational centers taking into account the unique geo-landscape and natural diversity in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
