Senate has reviewed amendments to road safety-related regulations. The amendments stipulate criminal liability for repetition of drunk driving and for driving a vehicle by a person who haв been banned from driving.

Also, the amendments proposed administrative liability for aggressive driving, drifting, zig zagging, and making obstacles on roads, and others.

In addition, the amendments have proposed administrative liability for violations of traffic rules, for which penalty points are added. It is envisaged that when an administrative penalty is imposed for exceeding penalty points for traffic violations, the minimum period of deprivation of driving rights will not be less than six months.
