According to Norma, the state budget will subsidize the construction and material equipping of small hotels in districts and cities. Subsidies shall only be provided for new hotels built from scratch depending on the category and number of rooms, registered from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026.
To be eligible for the subsidy, business entities must apply through government service centers or online.
Size of subsidy in 22 districts with no hotels varies depending on the number of rooms:
- 10 million soums for each room, if there are less than 10;
- 15 million soums for each room with at least 15 rooms;
- 20 million soums for each room, if there are 20 or more rooms.
