The case of murder of Jasurbek Ibragimov, a student of Tashkent medical college after Borovsky, will be examined by the Tashkent City Criminal Court with investigation now over, the deputy head of Tashkent prosecutor's office Murodjon Sadykov said at a briefing on Thursday.
"The case was transferred to the court. I can not disclose any more details. You will get to know once trial commences," he added. Murodjon Sadykov also did not disclose the number of defendants in the case.
On May 3, the second-grade student, Zhasurbek Ibragimov, was taken pediatric surgery hospital No.2 with serious injuries. On June 1, he passed away at the Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care.
Mirabad district police initiated a criminal case under art. 104 (p. 3 cl. D) of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan. On June 4, the case was handed over to the prosecutor's office in Tashkent. The next day it became known that the case was taken under personal control by the general prosecutor of Uzbekistan, Ikhtiyor Abdullayev.
