Uzbek diplomats attended the international Transport, expedition, logistics in Europe and Asia congress organized by the Poland-Asia Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.

In the event were present the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Poland Stanislav Bukovec, Deputy Minister of Finance and Regional Policy, Konrad Wojnarowski, the leadership of the Railway Transport Authority, foreign diplomatic corps, business and media representatives.

The parties highlighted current state, prospects and opportunities of trade and economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Poland and focused on the opportunities created for further strengthening of the economic relations of the two countries, implementation of new joint projects and expansion of mutually beneficial partnership.

Polish companies were invited to attend the business forum, which will be held within the framework of the "European Economic Days" and the next meeting of the Uzbekistan-Poland Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, which will be held in Tashkent this November.
