The State Asset Management Agency has put up for auction the building of the Ibn Sina market in Shaykhontohur district of Tashkent. An announcement about the sale of the building was posted on the E-auction platform.
Buyer will have to build "eco-market", trade, service and entertainments center based on the project concept developed for the facility. The total area of the building is 0.45 hectares.
The facility was put up for sale according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers in June. The starting price of the lot is 28.03 billion soums, US$ 2.2 million. Bids will be accepted till 9:00 AM on October 31 and the results will be announced at 10:00 AM on the same day.
