The Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment and the German DB Engineering Consulting Operations Group have signed an agreement aimed at training specialists for the German Railways (Deutsche Bahn).
Now Uzbeks who are seeking transport and engineering jobs in Germany will be trained in vocational educational institutions under the Ministries of Employment and Transport based on their standards. Language and vocational training classes will be provided by German experts.
"We have a great demand for specialists for the German railway transport, bus and metro system, and we are ready to train them in Uzbekistan based on German standards and employ candidates who have successfully passed professional and language exams in the Deutsche Bahn network," said Niko Varbahnoff.
