For legal entities, the calculation of electricity and gas will be altered when consuming above the limit. This was announced during the open dialogue between President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and business leaders in Nukus on Tuesday.
The president said that all industrial enterprises were unhappy with the fact that when the set limit for electricity and gas is exceeded, they are charged double. Such restrictions affect the growth of the entire industry, he said.
Now businesses will continue to pay the basic price, even if the consumption of power and gas exceeds the limit by up to 20%. If consumption exceeds 20%, the electricity bill will become 20% more expensive.
Enterprises that are included in the "high" and "medium" categories in the business rating will be able to pay for electricity in two payments per month.
Businesses who have debts to the budget, loans, etc., will not be able to pay for electricity, gas and water because their accounts are subject to collection (debt collection). While, if production is not stopped, the debt will be repaid faster.
From now on, businesses will be able to pay for utilities even when collection orders have been issued.
