The State asset management agency announced the start of public auctions for the privatization of 100 percent stake in Avto Climate Control and 98.8 percent stake in Avtokomponent.
Avto Climate Control was founded in 2010, and its main activity is the production of heating and cooling systems for cars.
Avtokomponent was also founded in 2010 and is engaged in the production of various components of automobiles.
Eligibility terms for buyers:
- keeping the main activity of the enterprise for a period of not less than 10 years after the registration of the sale agreement;
- strictly comply with the license agreements for technical support with the supplier approved by General Motors, the licensee of the products during this period, and the requirements and relevant restrictions established in the General Alliance Agreement for the use of technological equipment related to General Motors technologies;
- keeping existing jobs and the number of employees at the enterprise for 2 years (except for jobs that become vacant due to natural causes), not reducing the amount of the current wage fund and not worsening the terms of the collective agreement.
