Uzbekistan delegation headed by the Deputy Prime Minister Adham Ikramov will pay, on October 26 as was previously agreed, a reciprocal visit to Osh (Kyrgyzstan), the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
Uzbek delegation, which includes the members of the President’s administration, the Government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, mayors of Andijan, Namangan and Ferghana regions, heads of regional government and public bodies, self-government bodies, businesses, farmers and etc., will hold meetings and talks with the Kyrgyzstan delegation which also includes the representatives of the neighboring Batken, Jalal-Abad and Osh regions. It is planned to discuss practical issues aimed at enhancing the development of bilateral relations, cross-border cooperation.
On October 1, Kyrgyzstan delegation headed by First Deputy Prime Minister Muhamemetkaly Abulgaziev at the invitation of the Uzbek side visited Andijan city. Following the visit the Memorandum on mutual cooperation has been signed.
