At the next meeting of the Legislative Chamber, the MPs considered the Protecting the public from harmful effects of noise Bill on Tuesday.
The Bill proposed to set a strict list of actions that disturb the peace and normal rest of the public. Also, the period of time during which it is not allowed to disturb the peace and normal rest of the public has been proposed.
That is, at night - from 23:00 to 6:00 a.m., as well as from 22:00 to 9:00 a.m. on weekends and normal non-working holidays - for disturbing the peace and normal rest of public the Bill has proposed harsher administrative liability.
Accordingly, the Bill has proposed harsher fines. The Bill was passed by the MPs in the first reading.
