ZIL truck hit a three-year-old boy in Tashkent’s Uchtepa district, Milliy TV channel reported in a story. The tragedy occurred on Kukcha Darvoza street. A truck ran over a pupil of a private kindergarten as he was crossing the road. The child died on the spot. The report does not specify the date of the incident.
“At approximately 17:00-17:10, the boy was heading home from kindergarten. He saw his uncle and ran to him across the road. It seems that the teacher could not manage to hold him... The ZIL driver also did not see the child. He was in shock,” said one of the witnesses.
A pre-investigation check is being carried out into the incident.
