Footage has circulated on social networks showing an oxygen cylinder installed at a point selling sparkling water exploding and flying several meters away.
According to the Emergency Situations Department of the Andijan province, the incident occurred on May 30 on Marguloni street in Asaka district.
There were no casualties at the incident. In the video one can see how a man walked along the sidewalk a few seconds before the incident.
“The business owner of this outlet received additional instruction on how to comply with the rules for operating the equipment. The reasons for the incident are being studied,” the statement concluded.
