500,000 soums in monthly subsidies per each employed person will be paid from June 1, 2024 to employers who hire persons who return from labor migration, however save for budget-financed organizations, state-owned enterprises, and entities with a state share of 50 percent or more.
Whereas:
- the subsidy shall be paid to persons employed from June 1, 2024 to January 1, 2026;
- an employment contract entered into with a person returning from labor migration and registered in the Unified National Labor System shall serve as the basis for subsidy payment;
- persons who have returned from labor migration are persons who worked abroad for 3 or more months and returned to their place of residence less than a year ago.
