Qanot Sharq (Uzbekistan) will launch Tashkent to Budapest direct regular flights from June 30, the Dunyo agency reported. This became possible thanks to the Treaty between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Transport of Uzbekistan and Hungary.
Flights will initially operate every Sunday. From September 4, it is planned to add another flight on Wednesdays.
Qanot Sharq’s CEO Moisey Park voiced confidence that the new flight “would not only improve transport accessibility, but also strengthen the cultural and economic ties between our countries.”
