On March 20, a fight between two schoolchildren resulted in one of them dying in Angren, Tashkent province, the provincial department of preschool and school education reported.
The conflict occurred late in the evening - around 23:30. Th 9th grade student M.D., 16, had a quarrel with O.A., 18. As a result of the sustained injuries, O.A. died.
A criminal case has been launched under Intentional grievous bodily injury resulting in the death of the victim charge of the Criminal Code.
The education department expressed condolences to the family members of the deceased and added that the conflict occurred outside of school hours (it is not us to blame - Ed.).
