Uchkurgan border customs checkpoint is being erected underway in Uchkurgan district of Namangan province, which will connect Uzbekistan with Kyrgyzstan, the UzA said.
The post is located on the 10th kilometer of Uchkurgan-Madaniyat road in Buston neighbourhood. Similar project is ongoing at Kengsay customs post in Kiziltuu village, Nooken district, Jalal-Abad region (Kyrgyzstan).
Commissioning of the Uchurgan and Kengsay border customs posts is scheduled for 2024.
