Major survesy will be conducted among Uzbeks on internationally accepted standards. This is defined in the plan of actions for 2024-2026 of the Public Health-2030national strategy.
Accordingly, an HBSC audit will be conducted, which will study health behavior among school-aged children.
Also, GYTS will hold a survey on the prevalence of tobacco use among schoolchildren.
In addition, the STEPS surveys will study of the prevalence of risk factors of non-communicable diseases among senior citizens.
Surveys are scheduled to study the prevalence and causes of anemia (iron deficiency, vitamin V12 deficiency), iodine deficiency, folic acid and vitamin A deficiency and to study the level of salt consumption by the public.
