The footage shows the boy covered with bruises on his face, bloody abrasions on his head, and a swollen cheek.
Reportedly, the incident occurred on January 7. The father, A. Kh., 51, caused bodily harm to his son for “ bad behavior.”
The boy received medical and psychological assistance. The necessary forensic examinations have been ordered. Urgench police department is reportedly conducting pre-investigation probe.
