Qatari Power International Holding will invest in projects in Uzbekistan. According to the Tourism committee, the committee chairman, Umid Shodiev hosted the delegation led by the deputy Vice Chairman Maurice Gattas and provided information about tourism opportunities in Uzbekistan.
The parties discussed the implementation of projects to develop tourism infrastructure in Uzbekistan.
The company wants to invest in a high-speed Tashkent to Samarkand railway project. While, there is a project to build a toll road on this route.
They also discussed hotels projects in the historical cities of the country and the construction of an international all-season theme park in the Tashkent province.
