Uzcard payment system has once again changed its owners, the update data of the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations showed.

In October, Uzcard was privatized, and the 75% government stake owned by five banks was bought by four persons company for 210.1 billion soums, 90 million USD. Until recently, Mansur Usmanov, Kamron Akbarov, Timur Azadov and Obid Agzamkhodjaev each owned a 25% stake in the company.

Now the owner of 75% of the share is IMC-Capital, the remaining 25% remained with Kamron Akbarov, who in past years worked as Deputy General Director of Uzcard for Financial Affairs.

If in October the company’s capital stood at 42.16 billion soums, today it has reached 212.75 billion soums.

According to the Unified State Register of Trade Organizations, IMC-Capital was registered on August 31, 2022. At the time of privatization of Uzcard, the owner of the company was Oybek Tursunov, who in 2020 owned a stake in Uzcard. Now IMC-Capital owns Berill Holding Company Limited (100%), which was registered in the UAE on June 15 of this year.
