Law enforcement experts on unmanned aerial vehicles and innovative technologies met in the Kyrgyz city of Karakol. The event was also attended by UNODC Regional Representative for Central Asia A. Mitall, Head of the UNODC Program Office in the Kyrgyz Republic A. Seleznev, delegations from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Belarus, the Kyrgyz Interior Ministry reported.
On the first day, an exhibition of innovative equipment technology was held. Further, the delegations got acquainted in the field with the practical application of UAVs and innovative technologies.
As part of the meeting, a bilateral meeting of the Kyrgyz delegation with the Uzbek delegation, headed by Narzullaev Olim, director of the national information and analytical center for drug control under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, took place to discuss cooperation in the field of preventing the spread of new psychoactive substances, as well as drugs containing potent substances.
