Footage circulated on social media showing law enforcement officers pulling some people out of a car and knocking them to the ground.
The spokesman to the Interior Ministry, Shokhrukh Giyasov, said that the footage was filmed on June 26 in Gazalkent city, Tashkent province.
Officers of the criminal investigation service detained members of a criminal group suspected of a murder committed in Almazar district of Tashkent city, he added.
More detailed information on the case cannot be disclosed, as operational-search activities are ongoing, he concluded.
