Deputy Minister of Agriculture Umid Mamadaminov held talks with the CEO of Polish Pronar Sp. Sergiusz Martyniuk via a conference call, Dunyo reported.
During the talks the parties explored the possibility of launching unit for manufacturing of agricultural machinery in Uzbekistan and gradual localization of production up to 30-40%.
At the talks was also present, the president of the Poland-Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce, the former deputy prime minister of Poland Janusz Piechociński.
At the end of the meeting, the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan and Pronar reached agreements on the signing of a Roadmap for further development of cooperation.
