Building and facilities of the Academy of the General Prosecutor's Office, located on Shakhrisabz street in Mirabad district have been put up for sale again, according to the E-auksion platform.
The lot was put up for auction in January, but was never sold.
The total area of the buildings is 9,560 sqm and are located on the territory of 0.36 hectares. The starting price has not changed - 171.47 billion soum, or 14.5 million USD. While, the size of the deposit was reduced from 5% to 1%.
The remaining terms remained unchanged. In particular, after the sale, the Academy of the Prosecutor General's Office will be able to use the buildings and facilities free of charge for a year. The buyer must pay at least 35% of the value of the object, he can pay the rest within a year.
Bids will be received until July 3, on the same day at 10:00 an auction will be held.
