On June 23, Minister of Transport Ilkhom Makhkamov hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar Hassan Bin Hamza Asad Mohammed Hashim.
At the meeting, the parties discussed the establishing regular flights between the two countries. The Ambassador said that Qatar Airways is developing internal procedures for launching the Doha to Tashkent flight.
As soon as these processes are complete, the parties agreed to negotiate on the existing requirements and regulations for regular flights.
