The eleventh congress of the Uzbekistan Liberal-Democratic Party (UzLiDeP) took place at the Congress Hall in Tashkent. The congress meeting was attended by the delegates from Karakalpakstan autonomy, provinces and Tashkent city. Shavkat Mirziyoyev who was nominated from the UzLiDeP addressed the congress.

In particular, Shavkat Mirziyoev unveiled his election program, which consists of five strategic objectives.

“The first is education, that is, creating suitable conditions for each person to tap their potential”, he said

“First of all, by 2030, the shortage of pre-schools will be fully lifted and coverage will reach 100 percent. Kindergartens and schools will be fully supplied with filtered drinking water. In the next 7 years, it will be required to create additional 2.5 million student places in schools. For this purpose, the program "500,000 student places per year" will be launched.”

“Additional reliefs will be provided to private education. More schools will be built on the basis of public-private partnership terms. Primary school students are fully provided with educational tablets. School buses will run free of charge in remote areas.”
