For the first time, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will attend the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council as a guest, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon will also join via conference call, the Russian president’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
Vladimir Putin will chair the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council on Thursday, together with other leaders of the EAEU member countries who arrived in Moscow, they will consider the progress in implementing the priorities of the Russian chairmanship in the association in 2023.
