President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has accepted the invitation of German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and will pay a visit to this country on May 2-3, the presidential press service said.
Reportedly, the visit program includes talks with President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Berlin.
The parties are expected to discuss the ways to further advance the Uzbek-German multifaceted relations and exchange views on various aspects of the international agenda.
They will focus on the implementation of promising projects and programs aimed at expanding innovation and technology partnerships with major German companies. To this end, Shavkat Mirziyoyev will meet with German business leaders.
