Today, First Deputy Foreign Minister Furkat Sidiqov hosted the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America Jonathan David Henick.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the parties discussed certain aspects of the multifaceted Uzbek-American strategic partnership ties in areas of mutual interest, focusing on the possibilities of enhancing economic diplomacy, including in the B2G format.
They considered the schedule, organizational and content aspects of the planned events and visits at various levels.
The Ambassador Henick announced the readiness of the United States to assist Uzbekistan in the implementation of the course of reforms, including through USAID.
