Acting Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov hosted the Ambassador of Kazakhstan Beybut Atamkulov. The parties underscored that Uzbek-Kazakh ties of good neighborliness, strategic partnership and alliance were steadily developing and exchanged opinions on improving the process of implementation of high-level agreements.
They pointed to the importance of stepping up ties in trade, energy, transport and logistics, agriculture and other sectors and announced that the parties were ready to continue dialogue within the framework of international and regional structures.
They highlighted that there was untapped potential for expanding cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian areas, which is an important factor in strengthening friendly relations between the brotherly nations.
