Prior to this appointment, he served as a department chief at Mahalla Newspaper.
Earlier, in the end of December, Murtaza Karshiboev was appointed deputy speechwriter.
Presidential speechwriter, Khayriddin Sultanov, is also an adviser to the president; he has held this position for many years.
Earlier the former head of a department at the Ministry of Economic Development, the brother of businessman Bakhtiyor Fozilov, Azamat Fazylov, became the chief consultant of the executive office of the presidential administration.
