Only diplomacy based on reasonable compromises can equally and without conflict satisfy the interests of all parties, stated the Foreign Minister Vladimir Norov in his remarks at the round table entitled: New Uzbekistan is a reliable partner in a changing and interconnected world.
He stressed that life itself is showing the exceptional and uncontested importance of pragmatic and constructive diplomacy in the modern world.
“Uzbekistan firmly adheres to the position that any conflicts and confrontations lead only to destructive consequences and situations in which there are no winners. Only diplomacy based on reasonable compromises can equally and without conflict satisfy the interests of all parties.
As the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasizes, effective international cooperation makes our interconnected world more stable, predictable and prosperous. This is the most real, accessible and closest way to solving the problems of our time, resolving emergency crisis situations.
