12-year-old girl was found hanging in Tashkent’s Mirzo-Ulugbek district, the General Prosecutor's Office reported.
On November 28, at about 17:24, the district police department received a message that a 7th grade student of school No. 241 “committed suicide by hanging herself on a tree in the courtyard of her house” on Oltintepa Street.
According to preliminary information from the Yunusabad branch of the forensic medical examination on November 29, the death of the girl was the result of "mechanical asphyxia caused by squeezing the neck with a noose."
Currently, the Mirzo-Ulugbek district prosecutor's office is conducting a pre-investigation probe.
