Study conducted with international consulting companies found that the share of Uzbek shadow economy ranged from 48 to 62% of the GDP in 2020, announced the chief of the Strategic Development Agency M. Hasanova at a briefing.

48% of Uzbekistan's GDP means it stands at about 245 trillion soums.

She added that proposals had been developed in the areas of transport, agriculture, foreign trade and small business and several other areas.

The International Investment Forum is scheduled for March 22-25, 2022 in Tashkent.
