U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Economy and Business Brian McFithers and Jan Sheridan of the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs (EB) will pay a working visit to Uzbekistan on September 12-14.
the US delegation will meet several high ranking Uzbek officials to discuss economy, trade and investment, ans Uzbekistan’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO).
The two sides also will discuss the details of the upcoming meeting of the Council of the Framework Agreement on Trade and Investment (TIFA) between the United States and Central Asia in October.
