Uzbekistan Airways (NAC) will starting from October 28 launch the Tashkent to Jeddah twice a week passenger flights, the company said. This will the first ever direct regular flight that will connect Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia.
Before, there were charter flights to Jeddah as part of the Hajj program.
Flights from Tashkent to Jeddah and back will be operated by Boeing-767 aircraft on Tuesdays and Sundays within the following schedule (local time):
Tuesday and Sunday: HY-335 Tashkent 17:50 - Jeddah 21:00
Tuesday and Sunday: HY-336 Jeddah 22:30 - Tashkent 05:10+1
Also, starting from October 30 during the autumn-winter season NAC will launch 3 times a week Tashkent to Mumbai regular passenger flights.
Flights to Mumbai will be operated on Airbus A320 aircrafts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays within the following schedule (local time):
Tuesday and Friday: HY-427 Tashkent 00:05 - Mumbai 04:45
Tuesday and Friday: HY-428 Mumbai 07:45 - Tashkent 11:20
Wednesday: HY-427 Tashkent 08:40 - Mumbai 13:25
Wednesday: HY-428 Mumbai 14:55 - Tashkent 18:30
