Uzbekistan Railways in nine months of this year transported 15.8 million people, which is 2.9% higher than in the same period last year.
Freight transport volume reached 50.5 million tons, or an average of 184.5 thousand tons per day (+ 0.2%), the company's website said.
Exports amounted to over 275.7 million US dollars, which is by 5.2% higher than in January-September last year.
Industrial facilities of Uzbekistan Railways manufactured goods worth 312.8 billion soums.
673.66 million dollars were disbursed as part of the investment program from all sources of funding.
