Council of Heads of Government of the Eurasian Economic Union met on December 13. The PM Abdulla Aripov attended the meeting as an observer state.

The meeting was also attended by the Prime Minister of Russia M. Mishustin, Prime Minister of Belarus R. Golovchenko, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan O. Bektenov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan A. Japarov, Prime Minister of Armenia N. Pashinyan, while the Cuban Prime Minister M. Cruz attended via video call.

Uzbekistan voiced its interest in advancing multilateral economic cooperation with the of the Eurasian Economic Union countries as an observer state status.

In ten months of 2024, Uzbekistan's international trade with the EAEU countries increased by 12%.

The parties highlighted the importance of creation of the Belarus-Russia-Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan transport corridor.

They announced that the implementation of the three-year Joint Action Plan signed following the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Yerevan in October had begun, and that active preparations were underway to organize a joint meeting of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the Eurasian Economic Council next spring, as well as the fourth meeting of the joint working group on cooperation between the government of Uzbekistan and the Eurasian Economic Commission.
