Mubin Mirzaev, who was the Deputy minister of finance since 2008, was appointed First deputy Minister of economy responsible for macroeconomic policy, development of basis industries and relations with international financial organizations.
Mubin Mirzaev (48 years old) graduated from the Tashkent State University, the Tashkent Financial Institute and the graduate degree of the National Institute of Political Studies in Japan. In 2006-2008 he was the executive manager at the Department of monetary policy and economic analysis of the Central Bank.
