The government issued a resolution cutting the business registration fee by 80%. According to the Ministry of Justice, the fee of 54,000 soums, or 20% of the Basic value (BV) will be charged for business registration. Previously, one would have to pay 1 BV (270 thousand soums).
In addition, changes and addenda were made to some resolutions.
So, applications for obtaining a lawyer's license shall be reviewed by the justice authorities for a period of not longer than 10 business days (previously it was 20 business days).
Also, a clear list of crimes that impede the implementation of guardianship and trusteeship has been outlined (previously there was a restriction on all those convicted of intentional crimes).
