President approved the Amendments to some legal documents. Accordingly, the following were added to the duties of the Business Ombudsman within the Business Ombudsman under the President of Uzbekistan Law:
- electronic registry of inspections;
- keeping electronic registry of mandatory requirements.
According to the addendum, republican public associations of auditors will additionally perform the following:
- approving regulation for conducting the qualification examination, the procedure for issuing, reissuing, extending and terminating the auditor's qualification certificate, and the model program for auditors' qualification improvement;
- conduct of qualification exam;
- issuance of auditor's qualification certificate.
