According to the methodology developed by Insurly for its “2020 Ranking of the World’s Safest Countries“, Uzbekistan is the safest travel destination in the CIS countries with an score of 70.3 out of 100, while it is placed 46th in the overall ranking.

The three riskiest destinations for travelers were South Sudan (14.8), the Democratic Republic of Congo (15.4) and the Central African Republic (21).
