The air temperature will rise, the peak of hot weather in most of the territory will be in the middle of the week. During the daytime hours on July 12-13, the air temperature will rise to +40…+42 degrees Celsius, in the south and the desert zone in some places - up to +43…+45.
In Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm province to the north, the highest temperature - +43 ... + 45 degrees is expected on July 11-12.
The intense heat will not last long, Uzhydromet noted. On July 13 in the northwestern provinces of Uzbekistan, on July 14 - throughout the country, southern flows in the atmosphere will change to western ones, and the air temperature will drop to + 33 ... + 38 degrees, in the south - up to 40. Such a temperature background will continue on the weekend.
Dry, cloudy weather is expected to predominate throughout Uzbekistan this week. On July 10-12 in the north and the desert zone, on July 13-14 - in some places across the country, the wind is expected to increase to 13-18 m/s, in some areas - with a dusty drift.
Cloudy weather will prevail in Tashkent until the end of the working week, without precipitation. The wind is predominantly weak, on July 14 it may increase to 10-12 m/s. The temperature on Monday afternoon will be within +37…+39 degrees, by July 12-13 it will gradually rise to +39…+42, on July 14 it will drop again to +36…+38 degrees.
